Shipping policy

 

We only ship to Canadian addresses and can not ship to P.O. boxes corresponding to courier shipping guidelines.

How much is shipping?

Shipping is included in the price of all products. There are no additional shipping fees, however, duties and taxes are at the discretion of Canada Border Services Agency for goods imported from another country and are not covered by Shad Canada.

When will I get my order?

It typically takes 3-7 days to fulfill an order, after which it’s shipped out.

The shipping time depends on your location, but can be estimated at 10-20 days within Canada.

Where will my order ship from?

We work with an on-demand order fulfillment company with facilities worldwide!

Will I be charged customs for my order?

Shad’s order fulfillment company  does its best to ship from within Canada, but on rare occasions, orders may be shipped from outside of Canada due to availability. This may result in customs duties and taxes, which are the responsibility of the buyer.
